YolTech to Present Interim Clinical Data of YOLT-203 at the 2026 OHF International Hyperoxaluria Workshop

YolTech Therapeutics will participate in the 2026 Oxalosis & Hyperoxaluria Foundation (OHF) International Hyperoxaluria Workshop, taking place June 26–27, 2026, in Prague, Czech Republic.

Recognized as the leading international scientific meeting dedicated to hyperoxaluria research and patient care, the workshop brings together clinicians, researchers, and industry experts from around the world to discuss the latest advances in disease understanding, clinical management, and emerging therapeutic approaches.

Matthew Breeggemann, MD, Lead Investigator of the YOLT-203 clinical program at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), will deliver an oral presentation featuring interim results from two investigator-initiated clinical trials of YOLT-203. Dr. Breeggemann serves as the Medical Director of the UCSF Complex Kidney Stone Clinic and has extensive experience in the clinical management and research of kidney disorders and complex kidney stone diseases.

YOLT-203 is an investigational in vivo gene-editing therapy designed as a single-dose treatment for Primary Hyperoxaluria Type 1 (PH1), a genetic disease characterized by excessive oxalate production, recurrent kidney stone formation, nephrocalcinosis, and progressive kidney impairment.

The presentation will highlight interim findings from two investigator-initiated studies evaluating the safety and efficacy of YOLT-203, including its potential to reduce urinary oxalate levels and support long-term preservation of renal function.
